Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AGENT HQ (“we”, “us”) collects through the AGENT HQ website and waitlist, how we use it and who it is shared with. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
When you join the AGENT HQ Case 001 waitlist we collect:
- your email address (required)
- your first name, if you choose to give it
- the date you joined, and whether and when you confirmed your email address
- whether you open or click our emails, and whether you unsubscribe
The waitlist is for parents and carers. We do not ask for children’s names or other details about children, and we ask that children do not sign up themselves.
When you visit the website, basic technical information is also collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and approximate location (see section 6).
2. How the waitlist works
- You enter your email address (and, optionally, your first name) in the waitlist form.
- We send you a confirmation email. You are only added to the waitlist after you click the link in that email.
- Once you confirm, your contact record is labelled “AGENT HQ | Case 001 | Waitlist” so we know you asked to hear about Case 001.
3. How we use your information
- to email you when AGENT HQ Case 001 is available to buy, and to send related updates about AGENT HQ
- to confirm your subscription and manage your preferences
- to understand how our website and emails are performing
- to meet our legal obligations
Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you by contacting us (section 9).
5. Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the website and waitlist. They only use your information to provide their services to us:
- Kajabi hosts this website, stores the waitlist form submissions and contact records, and sends our emails.
- Microsoft 365 (provided through GoDaddy) hosts our hello@joinagenthq.com mailbox, so it holds any emails you send us.
- Google Fonts, Font Awesome and jsDelivr supply fonts, icons and code used to display the website. Your browser connects to them directly when a page loads, so they receive basic technical information such as your IP address.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
Kajabi uses cookies and similar technologies to run the website and the waitlist form, and gives us basic analytics such as page views and form sign-ups. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising pixels on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly if you do.
7. Overseas storage
Kajabi and the providers named in section 5 are based outside Australia, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed overseas.
8. Keeping your information
We keep your waitlist details while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we will stop emailing you and remove or de-identify your information unless we need to keep a record for legal reasons. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no online system is completely secure.
9. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@joinagenthq.com or writing to AGENT HQ, Level 2, 67–69 Belmore Road, Randwick NSW 2031, Australia. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
